>nach sechseinhalb Jahren ist heute mein letzter Tag bei der cimt. Nach meinem Master- und Doktorabschluss in Deutschland war cimt mein erster Arbeitgeber. cimt hat mir zahlreiche Möglichkeiten gegeben, die theoretische Konzepte und Methoden anzuwenden. Sie hat den „Business“-Aspekt des Geschäftsprozessmanagements für mich greifbar gemacht. Ich war gezwungen, täglich Deutsch zu sprechen — das gibt mir jeden Tag Selbstvertrauen, auch wenn mein Deutsch noch lange nicht perfekt ist. Die supernette KollegInnen haben mir gezeigt, wie man intelligent und effizient arbeitet. So viele coole Projekte, so viele Herausforderungen, so viele Belohnungen! All diese Erinnerungen und Erfahrungen nehme ich mit, die mir auf meinem weiteren Weg – beruflich wie privat – sicherlich helfen werden.
