- [x] Der Java-Client von Verwaltung könnte als RCP-Anwendung oder mit eigenem Framework entwickelt werden. Der Entwicklungsfortschritt wäre bei einer eigenen Lösung zu Anfang größer, jedoch schwindet der Vorsprung im Projektverlauf, da einige Infrastrukturlösungen entwickelt werden müßten.
